If Jolly Power vol.1 was the practice, volume 2 is the theory (but with many practical applications at the bottom). Volume 1 is the hardware, volume 2 is the software that makes it work. But not only that. In volume 2 there will also be a significant application part: everything that concerns the new, the epochal change that we are experiencing in the world of modern climbing in these last few years. In addition, there will be more practical chapters that had not found space in the first volume: joint mobility, the systematic study of movements and training for the new bouldering and for speed. So there will be the whole part of mental training.
But where to insert it? Among the practical or theoretical aspects? It is really impossible to find an answer: because the mind, as Milton said, resides in itself. The manual also contains the contributions of: Massimo Bassoli: training and programming for sports speed competitions. Introduction definition of theoretical and practical aspects. Roberto Bagnoli: training and programming for sports lead competitions. Introduction definition theoretical and practical aspects.

Alessandro Jolly Lamberti (Rome, December 9, 1964) was the point of reference for sport climbing in central Italy, currently works as an athletic trainer and mountain guide. He was the first Italian to climb a 9a climbing route, with the route Hugh (by Fred Roughling, 1993) in the Eaux-Claires valley, France, in 2001. With Versante Sud, he published his bibliographic book RUN OUT, and what is considered, for weight and value of the contents, the Bible of climbing training: JOLLY POWER, which in 2018 reached its third edition, and from which this third work of his is born.
